The detailed description of the HSP Jung Choong Breathing Method is as follows.

Warm-up exercise
Rotating hip joints

Stand with your shoulder-width apart and curl your tailbone up. After raising up your right legs and relaxing the ankle, rotate it from inside to outside and vice versa 30 times for each movement. Do the same with the left leg.

Rolling with wrapping knees up

Sit on the floor and wrap your thighs and knees with your hands. Feeling the spine touched on the floor, slowly roll up and down for 20 times. Roll from left to right and vice versa 10 times for each direction.

* While doing rolling, you must breathe in quickly with the mouth open and keep breathing out as much as you can.

Main exercise
The 1st Step:
Put your middle finger on your lower Dahnjon and tilt the tailbone up to make the waist as close to the floor as you can. Raise both legs and bend your knees at 90 degrees. Then pull your feet toward the body and place your tiptoes inward, pushing your hills forward.

The 2nd Step:
Hold your feet tightly with both hands and straighten the knees, pulling thighs as close to the body as possible. Keep the posture with breathing out.

The 3rd Step:
Place both legs completely over the head and hold your feet with both hands, stretching the knees. Keep the posture, breathing out for 1 minute and then get back to the 1st position.

The 4th Step:
Put your feet down to the floor and stand your knees up with two-fist width. Breathe out deeply and comfortably with touching your waist as close to the floor as you can.
* Never make the posture by force and try to find the proper posture with oneself.
